I’ve been skinny my entire life and due to the fact that I have a wide upper third people tend to point out that my head is out of proportion. Wondering if gaining weight would have an effect on facial width to balance out the wide upper third and whether or not it gets rid of the gaunt look as my by browridge is well projected while my midface appears flat, even sunken in from certain angles. 19, 181cm 60kg at most.

Yeah your condition isn’t critical but you’re definitely underweight. Try gaining some wieght and if you’re satisfied with the results then keep it that way. It makes sense cuz fat plays a big role in your facial harmony and its hard to maintain decent facial muscle mass at such a bodyweight. good luck.

i find it extremely hard to eat, especially during the heatwaves and it doesn’t help that I work heavy labour. Just got home from a 10 hour shift to have my first and only meal of the day.

Try preparing some meal boxes before going to work, the more you eat, you bigger your stomach becomes.
