How much does being underweight affect your face?

I’ve been skinny my entire life and due to the fact that I have a wide upper third people tend to point out that my head is out of proportion. Wondering if gaining weight would have an effect on facial width to balance out the wide upper third and whether or not it gets rid of the gaunt look as my by browridge is well projected while my midface appears flat, even sunken in some angles making me look super odd from the 3/4 profile. 19, 181cm 60kg at most.
