Good luck. I live in Poland where bimax costs about 4-5k euros and there is no single blackpilled surgeon here. I saw plenty of before and afters of multiple clinics and these people look the same before and after.

Ur local maxillofac is not the same. this is the same reason you dont use health insurance for your bimax, theres no blackpilled surgeons that are covered by insurance. and the surgeons that are covered, are only obligated to fix the specific functional issue that you can prove you have.
