I don't think most of gunson's patients go for aggressive aesthetic changes (augmenting the cheek and jaw angles heavily) since they mostly cover heavy apnea/occlusion cases. Raffani has some insane results (better than this) and I think I flamed you on a thread about one of them lmao. Defrancq also has some very good results. A lot of american surgeons unfortunately don't post many results. The key difference is that most surgeons only do jaw surgery whereas Sailer does a huge amount of other augmentation.
