how much does face change after losing more than 10kg?

bhaiyos so the thing is i weight 10kgs more than my heights last two digits, i want to lose weight, around 15kg or 20kg but i need motivation, i think i have a good bone structure since even though im fat my face doesnt look fat and people think i weight way less than i am, do yall got any pictures of ppl who go from high bf to low bf and the change is insane?

well if your face doesn't look very fat today, you probably won't relate to ppl who changed because theirs looked very fat.
look at your belly , grab your fat and you'll want to lose it (works for me).
But being somewhat overweight is a healthmax (something like last digits +3kg) if you eat a good diet (not toxic shit, but good amounts of good food)

but yeah losing 15-20kg is a bit much, especially if you don't have some muscle mass under your fat, you'll just become a twig
 
i dropped 50 lbs and my face barely changed a single bit

its all bones i was destined for inceldom

yeah my face isnt very fat, i have very deep canine fossa which causes me to have nasolabial folds and ts hides my zygos and all. How do i lose fat and decrease my bodyfat efficiently? im very low iq when it comes to gymmaxing

To lose fat, you need to be in a caloric deficit
That means using more energy than you get, in order to make you body use its reserves (stored in adipose tissue aka body fat)
So you can play on 2 variable to adjust the deficit, energy get in (food) and energy you get out, use (activity, movements, bodily functions, etc.)
To get less energy in, you have to eat less (calories is a scam tho), prioritize a good digestion, don't clut your gut, have some bacteria living down there, helping your tummy digest food.
You also have to use more energy, to do so you can move more (walks, manual labour, sports/cardio) and build muscle, because, even resting and doing NEAT (non exercice activity thermogenesis, which is cleaning your home, carrying groceries, etc...) more muscle mass consume more energy.

as superpsycho said, it is primarly a bones game tho, and if you're still growing (<25 yo IMO) you should consistently be under 15%bf and spend a lot of time in energetic surplus, to allow your body to grow bones & meat. Ideal is cycling your weight, but for now you do need to lean down.

If you want to be ready before summer Aajonus has a "healthy" cutting plan for you, which is 1 small cube of cheese and wait untill you're relatively hungry again, 1 egg, and repeat the cycle, most people should be eating 2 to 3 eggs a day with this method. EOD you eat a golf ball size portion of (raw bc its primal) meat instead of an egg.

highiq reply ngl, i love running so i can combine that with eating less but how do i know how many kcals im burning a day?

don't count calories, eat slowly and let your body know when to stop. Don't eat sugar.
