How much does full facial reconstruction cost

I was looking at Surgeries from Giant and I saw that it was only about 35k for full facial reconstruction (including bimax, lots of implants, lefort 1 and a rhino.) I need nearly full facial reconstruction, with a good doctor (not insanely good it can be in turkey) what would be the ball park price?

I’m in main need of bimax but If I’m not making that much money by the time I’m 20 then I’ll just spend my surgery fund on jaw implants a rhino and orbital implant's
