How much does height and frame really help

matters everything and barely depending on context, chico lachowski can slay at 5ft10 with shit frame but when you are LTN and have ogre frame and height it can help appeal to a certain niche (like loox for example)

height and frame does matter but ur face does more

Height hasn't helped me as you can tell but I do have a good frame for my height if we're talking ape index shoulder to hip general shoulder width etc. It's helped my sex appeal definitely..

i just seen your other post, you most certainly dont have LTN appeal even though by PSL you are LTN but this forum cant rate for appeal. you are realistically closer to high mtn for appeal within your age range
