How much does height depend on genetics?

I didn't sleep from December 2023 to July 2024, I'd just stay awake and play video games, so no deep sleep to release hgh. I also ate garbage, seed oils, fast food etc. I Grew 10 centimeters in that Time frame, shouldn't my growth have stunted?

Nah, that's all genetics. at most, u might lose a few cm of potential, but I think ur height's already pre-set naturally. Might be talking bs tho
