I do I'm mtn at around 19-20% bf I think that's the main thing holding me back yk

depends how much bf they had and how good their bone structure is lol

well then sure get down to 12% im lean but i dont have bones so it doesnt matter for me

it only depends on the bone if you have bones and lose fat you don't see big change at all but even if you have good bones or not just stay lean that's the key
