How much does jbw matter in diverse American metros?

Is there really an ethnictax if you're Indian or SEA in large diverse American metros (LA, NY, SF, etc.)? LTN-MTN white guys seem to slay astronomically more than ethnics (westernized/american ones not fobs) of the same tier from what I observed anecdotally. Is JBW law no matter where you are.
