say if someone was a HTN how much would the be decreased by the fact the dont sleep very well such as 3-6 hours of sleep like how much would that effect there over all appearance (kinda relates to my own sleep rn with lots of school work im getting less and less sleep but it should be over soon and i will be back to good sleep)

i mean prob eye bags and skin i cant really think of anything tbh

It mainly fucks your eye area ofc and all of your health indicators. But worst of all is the feeling you will have. If you do it for long enough probably will drop u down to lmtn.

When ur carried by eye area like me, it’s a death sentence plus the bloat u get from it

If you look good it's not going to change the fact that you look good
ye i just think for face like skin care and such it will have a big impact and then knock on effects with hormone regulation and HGH production due to less non-REM sleep having and knock on effect with other things in your body growing and developing at the rate they should

well rn im 17 so i am 100% not helping myself with face growth and such hopefully it can improve before i get around 25

even far away i dont look bloated ofc you have tissue and muscle underneath and slight fat but i dont think its a lot compared to many

i mean i switched to 2 sets to failure and do limps(arms legs) and torso (shoulders,back,chest) and for one my back is now like double its size it was 3 months ago

U talking about perfect eye area not HTN. Its not just eye bags it can be redness of the eyes or rashes.

What’s the absolute best set for gains 3 months early ?
wdym ? before i did 3 set but not fully to failure now i just follow mike mentzer sets with doing heavy weight and seems to have worked especially for my back

It's not making you look worse per say, it's stopping you from improving

well 2 sets to failure for me its slight differences per person BUT if you do high hypertrophy exercises and set like 4 sets of 12 and shit like that you will see growth fast then it will just slow completely while your resistance to injury for the muscle group will decrease

What bout split
 
Depends if you slept like that during your puberty and if you take into account the hypertrophy gained you lost through resistance training

from what i have seen bro split is terrible for the fact that you are only hitting the muscle group once a week which will limit gains (btw in early growth with just starting out for 1 year its best to do low reps/sets and high volume training because you are more responsive to muscle growth )

ye i think its nerfing my eye area the most as of a result
Unlikely that youve received permanent damage but if you dont sleepmax youre gonna look rough by 30 Unessecarily, youre also gonna be super unhealthy and feel like shit

Sleep is the most important healthmax by far, dont neglect it
