The only way to find out about this surgery is consulting Dr Sinn, not much info out there unfortunately.

Can't find the threads, but a couple posters on JS forums mentioned that they underwent mlf3 either with Sinn or that Australian clinic. Sinn charges around 40-45k for mlf3, although iirc that price included some other minor procedure.
