Like others said, you have a good base and lower third but you look skinny and pale... basically NEGATIVE soft maxxed. Put on as much muscle as possible while staying relatively lean and get a tan while you're at it. Even without that stuff though by being white, decent base, and tall you should still get some decent looking women. I don't honestly think your droopy eyelid is that big of a deal but I mean you might as well fix it to maximize your looks as much as possible.
