Of course, you should am for a more homogenous skin tone and get rid of those little pimples you have going on. But it's not something hugely hurting your appearance, in the morph where your skin is absolutely spotless it does look a bit weird, that's just not how natural skin looks like so aiming for that (through lasers, strong retinoids, peels, etc.) is kind of pointless. Just remove your inflammation and pimples and you're done.
