skip fillers and go for sliding genio, its clear that it would improve ur looks

u would prob need too much filler to achieve that anywat

sadly not yet, hoping if I try tren it will reduce the fat under the skin. (I'm an American but I have german and danish blood (plus a bunch of other countries) so its interesting we have similar noses.)
