He did online consults for free with me but I think I annoyed him and he doesnt do it anymore. Marianetti also quit doing jaw surgeries I have heard, they used to do them as a duo. Cant help much. @medialcanthuscel went to them though

damn man. i wanna wage slave for around $25k to fly to italy for surgery it might take me 2 yrs of work tbh. did u provide them ur ct scans and stuff at the consultation? and how did u annoy him? too many questions or demands? should i just let him do his thing? tell him it’s for aesthetics and that I want an anteface. also heard it cost 150 euros for a virtual consultation now

Yes, I sent him CT. I think surgeons overall like it if you send them material and come over as serious.
I bombed him with questions. Ramieri sounds more like "visit once and consider it done"
No IMDO, no MSE or similar

thank u for the answer, One more question. How do I get a CT scan? And how do I send it. I assume asking my orthodontist for a file I could download? Or do I go to a local oral surgeon for it? and ask them for it

Radiology usually make them. But rather do it within 1 year before you get the surgery. The probably cost a sum in USA. It uses 5G waves, if you have concerns with that
