Thank you but as I’ve mentioned it’s not about looks. I liked my appearance better beforehand. This sounds extremely silly, but I actually got more female attention before my surgery. It’s something I didn’t expect, and I’m not even sure how to explain it, but the difference is real.

What men(looksmaxxer specifically) and women tend to find attractive differs.
I promise you that you will get more female attention by having mixed features, both feminine and masculine.

For a long time, I believed the looksmaxxer idea that to attract women you have to look as masculine as possible—sharp angles, exaggerated features, dominance written all over your face. It sounded logical in online spaces, but over time I realized how disconnected from reality that mindset really is.

What I came to understand is that many women are not looking for extreme masculinity. They are drawn to harmony, balance, and softer traits—both in appearance and in presence. Calm confidence, emotional stability, and natural proportions often matter more than harsh features or forced toughness.

I didn’t think of this before I decided to proceed with surgery to correct my asymmetry. I liked how I look and got plenty of female attention. Not to brag anything but I got offered a model-contract before surgery.

Unfortunately, I was so fixated on the idea that to reach my full potential, I had to be perfectly symmetrical. That obsession came at a cost: I became a victim of a surgeon who followed looksmaxx ideals—standards that aren’t grounded in real life, but in a distorted image of attractiveness created within the looksmaxxer community itself.

I’m speaking about cases that got rotated too much ccw which makes the genioglossus too high in the mouth. This can have severe effects on your breathing and function, surgeon doesn’t know this because they LACK TONGUE KNOWLEDGE.

Your upper eyelids are being lifted.

Now the incisive canal and rugae prevents your tongue from thrusting(why tf do you think so many ends up with an open bite after surgery).

When I force my jaw forward and put light pressure the muscle tone changes and I look more “attractive” again. My nasal cavity opens up and the tongue finds its original arch.

So yes my opinion still stands that results both from an aesthetic and functional perspective would be MUCH better if the maxilla were advanced more than the mandible. Unfortunately people don’t want to look like chimpanzee so it’s a limitation of maxilla advancement.

IMO they’re cooked from an aesthetic point of view either way since the tongue are the key to attractiveness.
