not much except maybe having trouble with some positions
If your angle is like 20 degrees, it would hurt or pretty much be imposible to push it down much more than 90 degrees

Curve apparently matters and is a good thing

upwards tilt goes crazy in doggy. Whatever you have, they're different positions where you can male use of it. Learn to work with what you have

I think some tilt would be good, but not too much it becomes a hassle in general, or else you'll only be limited to less than half the positions
