how much does undereye fat grafting improve undereye support

i have similar under eyelid shape to the image below, and also some wrinkles because of the extra skin there not having room to be stretched out. im planning to get fat grafting regardless because of lack of volume, but im curious if the increase in volume would push up the under eyelid and "fill out" the area to remove the wrinkles or is the increase not substantial enough to do this?

a little
if theres too much scleral show at rest you would have to combine it with canthopexy
