I ask this because, honestly, I'm happy with my cheekbones NOW, I don't have an incredible structure, but they are average/reasonable, but how much them not being incredible will impact my face aging?

I wouldn't like to get implants in my cheekbones for two reasons: I don't like having plastic in my face, the less the better, and I would be afraid the look won't turn out well.

Do you know of famous people who have aged well despite having small cheekbones?
Or some who aged badly/normally despite having large cheekbones?

doesnt really matter either way, what matters is the fat pads in your skin and the collagen above that. In fact, if you age badly prominent cheekbones can look even worse than mid cheekbones.

If you have good Bones you'll age like fine wine. And if you have bad bones it's over for you. As simple as that.
