Anything, really. I try writing and speaking properly. Using my words to create beautiful sentences, but most of the time that won't work and I get frustrated because I wish I could talk like a poet.

In that case, I agree. I think the current generation is losing the ability to form even basic sentences, let alone speak in an elevated way. To speak like a poet, you need two things: a strong command of grammar and creativity.

Exactly. Using the words in a beautiful way is perceived as a sign of autism by the new generation. You're supposed to use contraction and slangs all the time, which pisses me off. Language is a beautiful phenomenon, so let's use it to express ourselves properly. No, let's butcher our language and replace it with TikTok lingo instead. Clown world.

I'd say it matters a decent amount to me, though I know no amount of prettying up my writing will mask my foundation of pure retardation. It's not hard to learn a few rules here and there nor is it all that hard to copy tidbits of more eloquently put speech from those who know how to better convey your opinions. But being able to string together setences that fit into a coherent overarching narrative is the bare minimum for anyone not completely normalised to TikTok brainrot to take you seriously, regardless if said points are worth being taken seriously...
