how much Dutasteride is good for skin?

Dut inhibits both type 1 and 2 (found in skin) 5-alpha reductase so less DHT on the skin prevents loss of elastin.

Is 0.5mg enough? I see some saying 2.5mg, any studies showing that this is needed?
