How much Dutasteride should I take per day to prevent hair loss?

Like my hair kinda losing and i don't wanna lose them, my genetic hairloss is like Henry Cavill (but not as worse as him) but yeah it'll be that shape if i don't start taking care of them what's the good daily dose with no sides

I guess I'm heading to norwood 1 and my genetic is norwood 2 but i don't wanna go there at all, so hoping on topical minoxidil and duty. Please tell. Also how many times do i apply minox? Once or twice?
