It possibly has to be comical, otherwise having a slightly big head probably does little to no harm for most.
Do you mean like a skull at 23+ inches while being under 5'5"? That might look weird-ish, but at that size height is probably more the issue? Also do you mean head and face or just face ... Because big skull usually does good for guys as they have more "bigness" to their form.
