theres 3500 calories in a pound of fat, so if you lost only fat and not muscle during this time, 3.4 pounds of fat estimate (1700x7 = 11900, 11900 divided by 3500) but probably like 10% muscle loss, more if you do it for longer.

why is the rate so important? just run dnp, risk dying, and lose as much weight as you think you need to.
