aka deep work or deliberate practice

e.g. exam conditions, 0 distractions, full focus, full attention using all your brainpower

Most I've ever done in one day is 5 hours and I felt suicidal after. My chimp brain couldn't take it anymore

It takes a while to build up tbh, the most important thing is doing it every single day without fail

What I did was set my phone to airplane mode and then set a timer at 45 mins. I'd start the timer and give the task 100% of my attention / focus, while working at speed, legit like you're in an exam and you have to work efficiently to finsh the paper on time while giving it max effort.

After the 45 mins is up, I'll take a 15 min break then set the timer for 55 mins. Then when I finish that, I set it to 1 hour 5 mins ect. Keep increasing until you can do 2 hours uninterrupted work. Then do 2 sessions of 2 hours a day. If you can do 4 hours a day, you'll get so much done like you wouldn't believe.

Only rule is that you cant pause the fucking timer no matter what. You have to endure the time / work for the entire duration

I'm trying to get it up to 6 hours but it's so fucking hard

Also @realfederalegent you'll be surprised at jut how much time you piss away each day. I even started doing this for my 9-5 job. It takes me 2 hours of focused work to complete the entire day's worth of tasks that would've previously taken me 8 hours of fucking around, checking my phone every 10 mins, shitposting on here, fapping ect

So now I just get my work done and work on my YT account for the rest of the day

You really don't need more than 2-3 hours to get an A on a test at school for example

Getting things done in time and correctly requires to replace your curry peanut sized brain with Chad Drago Thundercock's

Same shit, you just do it.

If you have to start with a lower time e.g 10 mins, then up it to 20, 30 ect

Up to 11 hours in my experience, but there were downsides to doing that, obviously. 4 hours without break is my regular schedule.

Concentration is like a muscle that requires consistent training to improve it. Meditation for me was very helpful, but putting my phone on flight mode in another room was of aid, too. I use an old Nokia for calls nowadays - mostly from relatives and friends.

Waking up super early was INCREDIBLY helpful. I thought all the advice coming from Twitter was just to brainwash the masses but they weren't wrong this time. Try it out for yourself and see.

Fuarrk 11 hours is insane

What were you working on? And what kind of results did you achieve?

I wake up from 5-6am but find it extremely difficult to start work in a sleepy state. Sometimes I have to go for a 30 min walk just to wake myself up

18 hours with Ritalin.

I work from home and should work 8 hours but I physically can't do it. Maybe I get 2 to 4 hours of actual work done.

I used to do like 9 hours strsight but it was burnout and I realized my boss don't really give a fuck as long as a decent amount gets done

My coworkers seem like they work like 1 hour per day maximum they do fuckall and I have ti snitch on them to my boss but he's too pussy to fire them

No, 5 hours in total over the entire day
Monster and coffee only?

Damn. I'm going to do a write-up summary about what a day in your life is like, as I've been curious about recently, having started to take occasional cans of Monster Zero.

You claimed it was suicidal, but it must have felt good stepping away in hindsight, after? I think I know what telling you meant, as it's a specific shock to the system.

My peak was also around 5 hours a day for a certain time... I think it's possible to condition oneself to exceed that by far.

Our cherry farm was collapsing over the past 20 years because our region was full of retards who wouldn't do their job, despite the fact that the land is over 200 hectares and the soil is good enough to grow pretty much everything. The climate is slightly problematic, but not a big deal.

We literally had workers stealing our tractor parts just to resell them in some obscure bazaars.

Since the harvest season (which lasts for around a month) was right at the door, I had to be responsible for pretty much everything that would turn the farm 180°. From sourcing machinery (we literally had NONE at this point), firing retards, to mapping the landscape of the place with drones and hiring foreign consultants to deal with persisting tree health issues. Everything was done in one day.

I'd say it was worth it - agriculture revenue doesn't get taxed here.

Fapping at work is funny 😂

Never done that

Probably should, it’s technically like having an OF, you are getting paid to jerk off

what do you even work on? like wageslave or working on your own business? i cant put a lot of effort when im working for someone else tbh

My wagie job gives huge performance bonuses so I have an incentive to work

Outside of that, I'm building a YT channel

there isnt a one size fits all, it literally depends on the person - but hard to do more than 10ish hours, i mean there are literally people who do nothing all day - some niggas im friends with spam drugs but its not ideal
