Not really, i know a guy who is known by everyone on my high school and near ones too and he keeps his stuff private as fuck, he has like 150 followers and follows the same amount of people, he's a mogger and slayer + athlete, you need to be really cool for him to let you follow his account and even more so to get the follow back, i've heard girls in my classroom that they find that even hotter than having a big ass follower count
