I use dosages way higher then that and for years and my estradiol is on a healthy range

DAMN, yeah I get that at your dosage you gotta take way more than me but 200mg weekly I feel 12.5-19mg of AI weekly is enough to aromatize in an average level

Do 6.25 mg everyday, its more hormonally stable, and makes more sense. Plus its a very very weak dosage I dont think it will even barely change ur e2 levels at all
