I have an excellent class 1 occlusion, i don't need to adjust my bite/teeth at all, just need to move the existing bite forward.
How many mm of forward projection do I need to achieve max aesthetic prior to having jaw implants?

I am greycel; already lost 30 lbs in the last few months, now losing about 1/4 lbs per day.
Need a meaningful answer based on bone.

Can't tell how many mm you need but you should just look into getting a very small maxillary forward movement with CCW and then max out your mandible.

Hard to tell without a ceph in frankfurt plane but it appears that you have a slightly steep occlusal plane so you're a good candidate.

What do you consider small forward movement range mm?
Why CCW instead of pulling straight forward?

Idk what any of those are. Do you have your occlusal plane angle?

I think u can do normal bimax based on those.

right but how much forward progression lol
bruh if ur 40 years old and this retarded then it's fucking over for you. the whole point is that surgeons take soft tissue into account. u showed ur shitty xrays/ct scans with no plane which show nothing and there's not even a mm grid on it. mans really a whole dumbass bruh

Ah you don't have a standard for measurement. The distance from the front of my bottom teeth to the front of my top teeth on the sagittal plane is 3mm.

Yes it is bad. Atleast 12 mm
