Realistically not much, Im at 5'6 and also 17. The likelyhood of your growth plates being almost if not completely fused are very high unless youre a super late bloomer. The best thing would be to switch to HGH to increase bone density to get a better frame, use height boosters and fraud your way to 5'10 with 3 inch insoles or height boosting shoes like conzuri shoes. (What i'm planning to do) Preventing estrogen wont do anything if theyre already closed btw.

the genetic potential thing is a diff topic but yes inhibiting your aromatase enzyme can cause you to be taller and prolong puberty

once the plates proliferative capacity is exhausted, growth slows and stops anyway, keeping ur plates open won't do anything
did any of your relatives get a late growth spurt?

depends on how long u do it for, there is a limit but theres studies of men with aromatase deficiencies growing taller well into their late 20s, minimally of course, there is also a thing called aromatise something something therapy which is prescribed by endocrinologists i’d look into it for an answer, it’s probably like 1-5 cm though (ontop of your pah)
