How much gh to maximise height

Growth plates still open im still growing, how much gh would be an ideal ammount to take to maximise growth

How does the thing work where like in teen years you make 5 to 7ius of growth naturally because of big nightime pulses, wouldnt you have to take more gh then that since you dont make any more extra while ur on or how does it work?
