Is an ankle/foot xray also good for predicting height or foot si,e growth

Ik I said I thought i was done growing and it turn out all my growth plates are open but I actually think my feet are done growing i was a size 13 at 5'6 and still a size 13

good for seeing if growth plates are open so you can determine if your still growing do blodwork aswell and talk to your endocrinologist about this

my feet stop growing for 6 months then i grew 2 sizes

try getting fitted at a good shoe store - they have measuring tools that can be more accurate than guessing based on size alone.
