You’re around MTN, but I feel like maybe trying to get rid of eye bags could help. Lashes could also look a bit better, try and grow them. You could be a bit leaner, not too lean though. Your nose looks slightly wide, but I think maybe more time on Accutane might help with that. Those are just small things I can think of. Other than that, hopefully Accutane improves things more.

Other than just sleeping more, you can help eye bags by using some caffeine eye cream for puffiness, retinol eye cream to slowly improve skin, and moisturizer to smooth the under eye area. You can also use sunscreen to prevent darkening, cold water or a cold compress to quickly de puff, antihistamines if it’s allergies and keep salt intake low with hydration to reduce fluid buildup. You can search for eye bag help in the forum, maybe you'll find better advice. This is all I know.

I started w clindamycin and it didn’t do anything then tretinoin + doxycycline and still didn’t help so then I’ve just been doing accutane and benzoyl peroxide wash

I think puberty did a ton, i kept working out consistently, I changed my hair from only fluffy in the front to also sorta fluffy on the sides. Idk if it made a difference but gooned way less
