Pics are 2 years apart just want to know if my mandible looks like it’s grown a bit plus showing importance of hair

The only difference is the hair. Your still fucking cooked
 
looks the same and lips look more outward go to a orthodontist and get treatment for your underbite probably braces

While you did improve overall, your jaw got worse. Your lower lip is even drooping. Probably need a bimax to fix this maybe even trimax
