For me it's got to be close to £15k in a few years.

  • Invisalign x2 (had to have it done again due to wisdom teeth coming in and moving them a bit) ~ £9000
  • Teeth whitening over the past few years (including shitty strips that I stopped using) ~ £500
  • Clothing (I guess it counts) ~ £2000
  • Skincare (nothing expensive, but I try and use a lot of stuff. Only moisturiser, tretinoin and SPF is really needed) ~ £2000
  • Gym equipment ~ £200
  • Supplements (mainly EPA DHA to reduce puffy under eyes) also counting creatine and vitamins ~ £500
  • Haircuts - £600/year
  • Misc (eyebrow dye, lip stuff, BB creams) - £200

I might be missing some stuff, but this is over the last 3 or so years.

Apart from that I guess looksmaxing is more about good habits and not doing the wrong things that cause most people to look/age like shit.

It's only £50 per time and I go once per month. Even a basic shitty barber where I live is £30, but that will be some boomer Turk who doesn't know what they're doing. I don't mind spending a bit more to go to a 'men's hair stylist' who will actually do a good job. The difference is big.
