wear the base insole and 1 layer which will add 3cm not 5 as advertised and wear some thick soled shoes such as balanciega runners they are an NT shoe and actually look good. You'll prolly be around 6ft

probably like 6ft but 5'10 is not manlet unless ur somewhere like germany

i can manage 2.5-3 inches. Wearing boots with 2 inch insole in. but the boots look ND, so try with airmaxs maybe, or any shoe with heel support

Airforce 1 mid's and like 1 inch insole. Arround 6'0-6'1 potentially if you go for 1.5inch shoe lift
