Just 1/4 is quite bad. I usually go for shoes with thick soles and add 1-1.5 inch lifts. I just browsed through Amazon and went for ones which had good reviews. There was one popular brand which people suggested on this forum (only available in US, I'm in Europe so I couldn't try it) I can't seem to remember it thoughU recommend any lifts ?
