How much height do you think these sneakers add?

The rule with sneakers and lifts… they add only 2/3rds of the height they claim. They squish down from their maximum height. Even rigid lifts will do this since they’ll compress the shoe underneath.

to answer your question these shoes you are posting will not fix manletism

Air max 90 shoe v2ZscL 5432453453453
the left sneakers have a 3.1cm sole (https://www.celebheights.com/sneakers/9.html)
, and they atleast look to me a lot longer compared to the right ones, so you would think that the right ones would give considerably more height than the air max 90s (left ones)

ankle height comparison (they're similar):

1.3 inches probably. Half of what good and discreet elevators could give

maybe, its more important how well insoles fit in the shoes you're right

I think these ones leave a lot of room for insoles but ideally there would be shoes that have a high sole already

plus these insoles

Yeah I could see those giving 2.4", but your ankle might be almost out of the shoe so be careful. I have these (2.8in) that I found on amazon for $50. If you're 5'11 or taller you really only need a 2in shoe. Shorter and you want to max out to something along the lines of what I have

Are those comfortable to wear? I'm assuming they give you 2-3 inches in height.

Somewhat. It takes a little while to get used to walking, but eventually you don't even notice them. I put a lift section in backward in the front of the shoe so it makes it flatter to walk (there's a lot of space at the front). The shoes are 2.75in of actual height when compressed.

2.75 is solid. I ordered a pair from that side that already got fucked up from walking in them. Might get these tbh.

The 1cm height you gain over normal sneakers isn't worth looking like an absolute dickhead
