I got a severe one. You can check by lying down and moving from anterior to posterior tilt (remove the gap between your back when you lie down). Then subtract like .25 inches because you're not gonna be standing that tall 24/7. If you have a severe APT you will be 2 inches taller

What does your side view look like? I think mine is slight but noticable. Also I have no clue what moving from anterior to posterior tilt means

Yeah mine is hella noticeable but I wear baggy shit 24/7 so no one knows
