10 ius is enough a day after that you'll need insulin, ancils, for just hgh you'll need telmisartan

Yea ive been wearing shoe lifts for like 1 year now 5 9 isnt even better its better than 5 foot 7 but its not even close to the people in my school bro both my parents are short my dad is 5 7 and mom 5 3
