Sleep doesnt affect dark eye circles its a meme. I used to have them even when i was complete NEET and slept as long as I wanted to

I don’t know. I can perform well in the gym and at difficult maths studies. I either got used to it or I’m one of those who don’t really need much sleep to recharge

9 hours is the most optimal. a full slee cycle is roughly 1hr 30m

therefore sleeping for 9 hours would be 6 full sleep cycles which means you’d wake up at the end of a sleep cycle which is optimal. it also means you are getting lots of quality sleep without actually sleeping too much where it can start to do more bad than good
 
10pm to 7am last night. But then I went back to sleep until 9am.

I usually do 4-4 with one recharge nap thats 20-30 mins
