how much I can cut without stunting growth

Recently I've discovered looksmaxxing, but right now i'm a 190 pound fat fuck at 5 10 and 14 yr old

I'm going to macro
-200 gram protein
-2100-2200 calories

can i cut more than a 300 calories defecit? OR will it stunt growth and cause me to lose muscle

Stay under 500 calories deficit, ideally 200-300, don't go on tren or any steroids during development, they don't do anything for your face and they will permanently fuck you up.

The best thing to do, is a 300 calorie deficit while lifting weight and eating protein to keep muscles.

250 calorie deficit max, if you dont wanna lose muscle while cutting get on tren

It’s hard but the only way that won’t stunt growth will take a long time. Go for a recomp and focus on healthy eating. Or start steroids
 
Dont overcomplicate this man. Theres not a specific number of formula for this. U can def cut more than 300 calories but i wont recommend it. Its actually better to focus on protein intake and whole foods, good sleeping and avoiding junk food if u really wanna maximize the growth. In puberty u dont wanna be too lean. You can just eat whole foods without worrying much about deficit and bodyfat. This way you'll put muscle even faster since in puberty you're already in an "anabolic" state which is the best time to maximize growth.

Ok thanks this was really helpful is therer any supplements?
You dont need supplements if you're eating rich nutrient foods like red meat, fish eggs etc...
If i really had to pick a supplement tho i would get zinc and magnesium, and consume them when you skipped a meal or eat less than other days
