Im currenty 183 cm, my dad is 172 and mom is 170
Im more like mom family and some of my cousins are 190 and my uncles are approximately 185-190, for part of dad family some great uncles was more than 190 cm and granfather was 185 approx.
Personally i never do anything properly to heightmax, some sprints here and there but never consistenly. Too masai jump (maybe cope) with a little extre weight but nothing crazy.
I hit the gym when a have time, 1 - 2 hours for 4 times a week, nothing crazy to not wasted all my testosterone in muscles. Weighted pull ups almost every day, same with lateral raises, dips. I prefer full body beacause its the best that fits my schedule, and i see more progress. I'm basically focused in framemax, current my bidelt is 50 cm.
I have a girldfriend (stacy lite lol) too, so that helps my to testmaxx.
I dont have a lot of money and i dont take any supplement and i eat mostly egg, meat, milk, some fruits, and what my mom cooks for dinner (not healty some times). Too i dont reject things with sugar (as long as they are not hyper-processed) to spike my igf-1. About that i have a cuestion, that works for natural people o just for roidmaxxers?
Other cuestions:
Revees deadlifts are cope for frame?
Where can i get raw milk in Argentina?
Are better brown o white eggs?

(Sorry for the bad writing, im not native english speaker)
Any repplies help

I know shit about reeves deadlifts, but I do know two things:
1. Raw milk is cope, it's way more likely to give you deadly diarrhea that make you grow a single inch. Stop buying into the ancestral and esoteric bullshit.
2. Brown and white eggs are nutritionally equal, unless you're for some reason eating the shell, in which case you may get like 0.01% better antioxidant capacity.

What do you think about raw eggs? Do you think it's worth the risk/benefit?

It really depends on the source of the egg, however it depends on why you're consuming them. In raw eggs a lot of vitamin profile is much more intact, plus you don't have to worry about the egg yolk cholesterol oxidizing. If you want to eat them purely for nutritional purposes and don't cook them for convenience they're likely fine, although with everything there's a risk if you don't know how to source them properly or the shell has been washed or damaged. But if you want to eat them for protein then by all means cook them because the proteins become much more bioavailable when cooked.

If you constantly overtrain, can your testosterone and growth hormone become focused on your muscles, or will they be properly distributed regardless of what you do?

And what you think about raw red meat and raw organs? They vitamins and minerals are more intact too?

While raw eggs are not inherently dangerous, I can guarantee that raw meat and organs is basically asking to eventually get a parasite in your system, just cook it, the benefits do not outweigh the issues it will cause at some point. Regardless, the cooking process actually increases the availability of the proteins and a good bunch of the fat-soluble vitamins, your only issues are B vitamins but cooked or uncooked you don't really have to worry about it because basically no one is deficient in those.

Also, don't overdo the vitamins, probably 1/2 oz of liver (maybe it's fine if you freeze-dry it? I like to cook it anyway) is fine daily, or some occasional heart and kidney, but do not eat them too frequently or in high amounts. Specially liver, not more than 5 oz of liver per week, it has so much vitamin A it could actually become toxic in your body and kill you lol

u wont grow much more unless late bloomer which i highly doubt u r at that height relative to ur parents
