I am 15 and 180 cm last time I checked might have gained 1-2 cm more.I used to do martial arts a lot and hit my bones,that might could’ve helps I guess. Try putting stress on the bone.

idk drinking raw milk is beneficial or not but drinking raw milk can be problematic cuz it isn't pasteurized in high heat which kills parasites and pathogens . And some of these parasites can cause issues
