How much if at all do you think “bonesmashing” contributed to Spectrum Aesthetics ascension?

Do you think everything “typical” he did (leanmaxx, skincare, etc + buccal fat removal and “upper midface filler”) would be enough to accomplish this ascension?

Or do you think his additional bonesmashing protocol was a key component?

I mean he posted pics of his face being bloated despite being gymaxxed (something I would know very well…)

I think the hardmaxxes played a big role in chiseling out his features

He’s also getting into mid 20s age and at least personally I started to notice facial fat loss around that time so that probably contributed too

And the elephant in the room: homie cheek sucks and lip puckers and jaw clenches like a MF lul. Also favorable lighting and angles in pics ofc

From what I remember he said he had to cut to like 8% or something ridiculous and I guess if he did fat removal and shit on top of it that explains his angularity

But no actual bone growth
