How much improvement?

I’m planning to undergo trimax in a year and a half, (yes my ipd is brutal but I can’t fix it ) I’m thinking with ramieri and getting maxillary impaction. I’m trying to hope for 5mm impaction, how much improvement would there be in my long midface any ideal morphs would be appreciated. Also I haven’t heard anyone ever talk about eyebrow set anyone heard of methods to lower it.

if your problem is long midface ur cooked, surgery wont significantly change facial proportions besides the lower third

u might be cooked, facial ratios are notoriously hard to fix brah. im not an expert tho
