I had my growth spurt at mid-late 15, and experienced some more growth between 18-19.
It all depends on genetics unfortunately.

wrist growth plates have nothing to do with height. Bones can fuse at different age GrAYcel. And all this growth plates shit is trash, you can grow even after they fuse.

It really depends on genetics and when your puberty really hits, I have seen guys get a huge growth spurt and develop crazy bone structure at 15-16 they went from kids to grown ass men in 20 months

Yes. At a bone age of fifteen, you will get ~3 inches but there is variation. Bump HGH+AI and you will crank like 7 ez lol
