taking too much will just mask the problem
taking some iodine is legit to counter fluoride and other halogens but I wouldnt rec using anything but microdoses

Be careful with iodine. I always keep a bottle of 5% lugol‘s iodine at hand but I would never ingest it regularly. It‘s way too concentrated. It‘s a great tool to prevent food poisoning if you had bad food or to disinfect surfaces though.

I don‘t know about your particular product, post a picture of the composition. It‘s overdosed though

hmm not sure, Ive read MANY success stories from people using lugols solution (which is super high dose) on looksmax/lookism/reddit

I personally think its really not that bad. Its a slightly lower dose than Lugols and its not a liquid.
Also keep in mind how low my Thyroid levels are.

Due to the large consumption of seaweeds in the Japanese diet, this population ingests several milligrams of I daily without ill effects and in fact with some very good results evidenced by the very low incidence of fibrocystic disease of breast (5) and of the low mortality rates for cancers of the female reproductive organs (6). According to the Japanese Ministry of Health and Welfare, the average daily intake of seaweed is 4.6 gm. At an average of 0.3% I content (range = 0.08-0.45%), that is an estimated daily I intake of 13.8 mg (7). Japanese living in the coastal areas consume more than 13.8 mg (7). Studies performed in some of the subjects living in the coastal areas, revealed that the thyroid glands exposed to those levels of I, organify more I than they secrete as T3 and T4 and the levels of T3 and T4 are maintained within a narrow range. The excess I is secreted as non hormonal I of unknown chemical composition, mostly as inorganic I (7). The intake of I in the non-coastal areas of Japan is less. A recent study of 2956 men and 1182 women residing in the non-coastal city of Sapporo, Japan (8), revealed a urine concentration of I in spot urine samples, with a mean value of 3.4 mg/L, corresponding to an estimated daily intake averaging 5.3 mg (5). This relatively low I intake by Japanese standard, is more than 30 times the recommended daily amount of I in North America and Europe (1).

Lugol‘s iodine has more actual iodine per drop than that product which can be slightly toxic, especially for people with or predisposed to autoimmune thyroid conditions but I still think it‘s too much, although most of the iodine in your product is iodide.

Given that your TSH is on the low end, you might actually be slightly HYPERthyroid, not hypothyroid. What are your T3/T4 levels? Selenium and vitamin C are also important

They refused to show T4/T3 becase my TSH was "normal". (Stupid govt rule)

Wait a minute , so if i have HYPERthyroid, then i shouldnt be taking any Iodine at all?
WTF... really dont wanna mess up my thyroid here. just trying to maintain my hair and stay healthy

and yes im taking C pills and liquid Selenium at 300mcg

Stop taking extra iodine, especially at such high doses. If your table salt is fortified with iodide, that's all you need. Just make sure to avoid other halogens (fluoride, chlorine, bromine); those can impair thyroid function and iodide uptake. Excess iodine can not only damage your thyroid but also your kidneys and gastrointestinal tract. People have developed acute kidney failure from topical antiseptic application of povidone iodine before medical examinations. It's dangerous.

You're also taking way too much selenium. I wouldn't exceed 100 mcg per day.

100 mcg selenium per day (this includes your diet) should be fine

What are the potential dangers of taking, say, 2000mcg iodine?
Without bloods, just as wanting to increase thyroid function, flush out fluoride etc.
