I'd highly advise against filler, fat grafts are better in 99% of all cases, but they're also more expensive since they're only done by plastic and cosmetic surgeons. I'd also advise against getting filler in a cosmetic spa, you're better off paying "more" at a surgeon.

Surgeons generally have more experience and knowledge and use different techniques,and quite often you don't even pay more, because they can achieve the same result with less filler.
