So much that you would consider yourself to be rich, wealthy.

I would say for me its $10mil. Thats so much that i would be able to afford a good castle and live as a king.

I'd probably start defining myself as rich/well of whenever I reach 8 figures as well as I have extremely low living expenses. I'll still call a guy with $10 mil broke if he spends 1 mil a year though. I think it's easier to define if you take your lifestyle expenses and subtract them from your networth and yearly income

Yes depends how much you spend. Someone who spends a million a year only having 10mil must be dumb as fuck. Spending 300 - 400k a year would be more understandable. Your years should be lived very well and once you aleardy reach age 40 - 50 its aleardy over with life mostly.

For me the main goals is to be financially free which I'll probably be in 1-2 years if everything goes according to my plan. Everything ekstra is just a bonus and working for my legacy/family

60k to spend, because this would roughly cover my surgeries

In my country (America) I’d say if someone makes more than 300-500k annually (depends on state) then their def rich
The problem with that is that most people earning at that level have inflated lifestyles so they at least spend half of what they're earning and buy stupid shit like cars and houses on credit. Seen many 6 figure earners living paycheck to paycheck that could be broke in a few months if everything went sideways
